南非留学生项目

2018年7月，学校电梯工程技术专业招收了19名来自南非的留学生，开展了为期1年的培训和实习。其中，半年时间在我校学习电梯工程技术理论知识，半年时间在学校深度合作企业（世界500强）实习，并全力支持扩大项目参与人数和提升项目质量。  

学校不仅为留学生提供了优质的管理和服务，圆满完成了课程和技能培训的任务，通过承办共建“‘一带一路’丝路学院”校企对话会和“一带一路”产教协同联盟，积极与南非的中资企业开展对接合作，着力解决南非中资企业境外员工用工难、文化融合难等问题。目前，学校成功对接国家火炬计划重点高新技术企业、全球配用电管理服务企业——杭州海兴电力科技股份有限公司。15名留学生已被海兴南非公司成功录用，回国后直接实现就业，真正实现了留学加就业的项目初衷，并有效解决了在南中资企业的招工难问题。  

课程教学和企业实习受到了留学生的好评，也获得了南非工业和制造培训署、中国教育部中外人文交流中心、浙江省教育厅、浙江省商务厅等的高度认可。2018年9月和2019年5月，南非工业和制造培训署署长亚当斯两次次来杭实地调研南非留学生工作，走访我校和合作企业。他由衷地称赞“杭职院的创新举措，是所有院校中的第一家，是当之无愧的模范院校，愿意与杭职院开展长期合作”。  

South African Students Program

In July 2018, HVTC enrolled 19 South African students in elevator engineering. The program lasts for one year, focusing on improving the students’ comprehensive capacity. Students studied in the college for half year, interned in cooperative enterprise (world top 500) for another half year. Both HVTC and enterprises fully support the expansion of the program participants and improve the program quality.  

HVTC provided the excellent management and service for the international student program, successfully completed the curriculum and skill training. Through undertaking the dialogue association of school-enterprise co-construction "one belt and one road" Silk Road college and the "One belt and one road" cooperative alliance between industry and education, HVTC positively develops the cooperation with Chinese-funded enterprises in South Africa, striving to solve the problems of difficult employment and cultural integration for overseas employees working in Chinese-funded enterprises in South Africa. Now, HVTC has successfully contacted with Hexing Electrical Co., Ltd. , which is awarded as the National Torch Plan Key High-tech Enterprises and Global Power Distribution Management Service Enterprises (detailed introduction see the attachment). 15 students has already be hired by Hexing, they will work directly when they come back to South Africa. It is the original intention of the international student program, also effectively solved the difficulty of recruiting workers in Chinese-funded enterprises in South China.  

Course teaching and enterprise internship are highly praised by international students, Industrial and Manufacturing Training Department of South Africa, Chinese and Foreign Humanities Exchange Center, Ministry of Education, Zhejiang Education Department, and Zhejiang CommerceDepartment.In September 2018 and May 2019, Mr. Adams, Director of Industrial and Manufacturing Training Department of South Africa, two visits to Hangzhou to investigate the work of South African students, visiting our college and cooperative enterprises.He sincerely praised "the innovative measures of HVTC, which is the first of all colleges, is a worthy model college, and is willing to develop long-term cooperation with HVTC".
